Delvo - Electric Screwdrivers

NITTO KOHKI "Delvo" Electric Screwdrivers are high quality tools for professional use, with special emphasis on precise control of torque and long life.

They apply just the correct amount of torque - with sure, positive control always at your fingertips. They are also smooth and shockless in operation, reducing the risk of operator RSI (Repetitive Strain Injuries).

Various types are available to provide controlled torque screwing in ranges from 0.02 Nm to 10 Nm. These drivers are fully supported with accessories for calibrating or setting torques, screw pick-up, and screw counting.

DLV 30-Series

Torque Range - 0.4 - 3.0Nm

The new Delvo DLV30 series - a transformerless screwdriver which will deliver on torque. There are 2 spring options included which will allow you to choose between 0.4 - 1.6Nm or 1.2 - 3.0Nm. Lever start or push to start options are available. Comes with a clear plastic torque adjustment cover.

DLV7500/8500-Series - For Machine Screws (2.6mm - 6mm)

Torque Range - 0.49 - 4.41Nm

The 7500/8500 series Delvo screwdrivers are compact and ergonomic. Used for screw tightening in the range from 2.6 to 6 mm they offer high repetitive torque accuracy and, some models come with antistatic ESD protection.

Easy Maintenance
The tool is easily disassembled and reassembled for maintenance thanks tof the modular design, the power cord is also easily replaced.

Antistatic (ESD)
The DLV7500/8500-BKE uses the conductable synthetic resin frame body to protect any products which are vulnerable to static electricity. It complies with European static electricity standards (EN100015-1).

Fiam Automatic Screw feed Systems

For a faster productive process: this is the new feeding system NCA, completely designed by Fiam.

The tightening system NCA is particularly suitable for large and mediumbatch of equal screws; it offers the following important benefits:

the screw is automatically sent from the bowl to the screwdriver head;
the screw is automatically positioned on the workpiece at the same time as the screwdriver is operating.

The work cycle is simple, fast and safe:

the screws are loaded in the bowl
the screwdriver is operated
the screw automatically arrives at the screwdriver head
the screw is drawn in
another screw arrives at the screwdriver head, is drawn in and sothe cycle continues

Automatic Screw Presenters

The Automatic Screw Feeder is a flexible, time saving tool which automatically lines up and feeds screws. By replacing the rail, the quicher can handle various sized screws, reducing the cost of the equipment.

Torque Reaction Systems

Air and electric powered hand tools produce a torque reaction transmitted to the operator’s hand. Over a period of time this reaction can cause injuries to the hand, wrist and shoulder. These injuries mean reduced productivity and increased employee absenteeism. This could be prevented by using one of our reaction arms designed to absorb the torque reaction but also to improve the ergonomics and productivity of the workstation.

Spring Separators

The BalTec "Untangler" Coil spring separators are light weight, labour saving tools which automatically separate conical and hooked springs in seconds. They have a convienient spring size size adjustment, operate at a low noise level and plug into a standard electrical socket. The "Untangler" is ideal for the assembly line, repair shop or home use and can easily be moved from one location to another.
